Plant has round tubular stalks that has an onion flavor with blue flowers.  Use stalks to flavor soups, meats, salads or vegetables.Use fresh or dried.  Plant grows 12-18" tall in sun to part shade.  Provide ample moisture to prevent stalk tips from drying out.  Perennial.  Zone 3-9.
