Plant has green leaves with three small, oblong leaflets.  Leaves are used fresh or dried in salads, spirits or microgreens.  Seeds are used in cooking and curries.  Fenugreek has a maple syrup aroma and flavor.  It grows 24-36" tall in full sun to part shade in well drained soil.  Annual.
