Plant has 1-2" long gray green fragrant foliage with deep blue flower spikes. Flowers are used in sachets, potpourris, wreaths and dried arrangements. Leaves are used in cheese, breads, lamb and chicken. It is deer and rabbit resistant. It grows 18-24" tall in full sun to part shade. Lavenders need to be grown in well drained soil to prevent root rot. Perennial Zone 4-9.
