Plant has light green leaves with white flowers in the summer.  It has an scent that is similar to oregano but is a little sweeter.  Leaves are used to flavor meats(rubs), poultry, soups, salads, vegetables and dressing and used in teas.  It grows 15-18" tall in sun to part shade in well drained soil.  Perennial Zone 7-11.  Needs winter protection in zone 7.
