Plant has dark green foliage with light blue flowers in summer.  Needles are in a tight cluster on stem tips like a fox's tail, hence the name.   Use in meats, fish, pork, vegetables, breads and other cooking recipes.  It grows 18-24" tall by 24-30" wide in full sun.  Perennial zone 8-10.
